Wifi route from hell and back

Their people came in our place selling wifi router, my mother was interested so they asked her to her details to their company (herotel), my mother sent her details and was approved so they sent her reference number and code so we must give their workers the code so they can come and install the router. After they got the code they never came back. I kept on following up on them via WhatsApp as when are they coming for the installation. They claim to have came but got no one around as we are working and kids are in school but after that incident of them finding no one at home they all disappeared, the lady i was chatting with via WhatsApp even blocked my number.
