Why do I have an early termination date?

What a morning! I called the offices about 5 times with no assistance to enquire about my request to cancel the contract on the 30 November 2023, however only to be told it will be cancelled on the 30 September 2023. Even after requesting for a call back I still was put on hold for another 10 -15 min after enduring waiting of 5 to 10 min earlier. I am being transferred to a client services center that makes me wait forever.
