Whatch out for Herotel

The network is off and slow more than its working, I phoned in numerous times paying for a 50 MG line receiving less. I started my contract with them the 7 September 2021 and canceled it for end of Aug 2022. I payed pro-rata ect which means my contract started basicly on Aug 2021, now they want to charge me a cancelation fee of R1500 for ending it on Aug 2022. Im letting my contract run now up to end of Sept not using it just to bring the cost down to R500
