Very unprofessional ...

Very unprofessional to say the least, every month this time my WiFi is not working and it takes them forever to fix their mess, I called today to check my WiFi, they asked for pictures of which I send to them but they could not assist and everytime you logg a call they make you hold for over 30 minutes worth of your airtime on wattsapp they will send over 20 wattsapp telling you how busy is their consultant, and I wanted herotel for my kids to be able to do their schoolwork but it's not even six months since I installed it but I have numerous issues, it's signal, unreliable aftercare support I HAVE HEARD ENOUGH WITH THEM
