Very poor service Potchefstroom Branch

Reported a fault on Friday 20 May 2022 at the Potchefstroom branch, they told us they would attend on Saturday 21 May 2022, nobody came. On Monday 23 May 2022 they informed us that the technical department does not work on weekends and the fault would only be attended on Tuesday 24 May 2022 after 14:00. This is a turnaround time of 96 hours which is pathetic. It is the router that is faulty, we took the router to them to exchange but they apparently have to replace it themselves.
