Very poor service delivery - slow internet speed

Since Herotel merged with Sonic, the service has been atrocious. Sonic's service used to be exemplary and now it is pretty much non-existent. For weeks our 10mbps download and 3 mbps upload service we pay for has been providing around 2 - 6 mbps download (mostly around 2 - 4 mbps) and around 1 - 2.5 mbps upload speeds. I've sent numerous emails, spoken to two senior executives who promise to sort it out and then "crikcets", no one bothers responding but they're happy that we pay for the 10mbps line whilst getting less than half of it on a daily basis now. I would not recommend this company as an internet service provider. It is very unfortunate that Sonic merged with them - best we start looking for another internet service provider who can actually provide what one pays for. Highly disappointed!
