Very poor service by herotel.

My son is studying and writing exams in Potch and has had no internet since yesterday. They say that they are short staffed and can only help him on Thursday. Pathetic service! Called in to lay a complaint and no joy. No call back. More than two day before they can attend to an issue especially during exam time.
