Very poor service!

We have gotten herotel at our company and private property. We didn't even have it 3 days and there was already down time. We do understand the fact that with all new companies, some complications would occur. It's now month 9 that we are with them. And as there is a 12 month contract, we are in a contract that's constantly crashing and dipping. If you try to get to their management , they have excuses that they are in meetings and busy or will phone back. This is not a very reliable company that handles their customer service department to standard.
