Very bad service

I am not happy with the service that was received. Herotel asked for a payment on the 12th and it was made but till to date, no installation has been received or made.

When we went to the walk in we were told that applying online has a different turnaround time.

We then decided to whatsapp and we were promised that someone will be sent today.

But when that someone arrived.. it was a group of men who decided that playing and chasing each other in front of the gate was better then servicing a customer.

They came and left but nothing was done. They didn't even bother to let the people in the house what was happening and why they were leaving without any work been done.

Now we are been told to wait until Monday. What kind of service is this?

Please let us know inadvance if you don't need customers so we can look for other service.
