Very bad service and call agents

The service one get from this company is saddening because wow. They were quick to install the fibre and then on the agreed date for debit order they don’t take debit order and when you call and ask they tell you they only do debit orders on Saturday and I was always late with the debit order. I cancel debit order make an eft payment they don’t tell you that once you make an eft payment they no longer work with the same conditions as a debit order you put it back to debit order and they tell you one they invoice you they can change things and now one is stuck with a suspended account simply because they call agents at Herotell don’t bother and tell you all they things they will put you through
