Useless service provider

The services suck, the subscription is overpriced, ripping people off by asking them to purchase extenders for better coverage. Everyday it buffers, been complaining for the past 2 year and nothing has changed. Am paying for nothing honestly because I need to buy data separately for my mobile router since Herotel is useless and the staff members are rude and arrogant. Honestly wish IHS could do something to replace this service provide
