'Useless' is a compliment to this lot.

Booked a callout Saturday, not a single response ot notification up to yesterday, three phone calls later and being transferred to 4 different persons....still no feedback or conclusion. Call number 4 I told your technical dept. 'Just don't bother' whereto they responded with 'I will personally make sure 'Jamie' gets your message and responds...and yet...you guessed it...NO contact made. I take it Jamie is a unicorn or some other mystical, non existent creatures?

You organisation has not become 'centralized' what you HAVE become is impersonal, ineffective and out of touch with your customer base. I now rate you as one of the worst internet service providers in the Pretoria East area.
