Useless and pathetic Service provider

In March I've missed my debit order for my subscription. I've received a threat from Herotel on the 30th of March that my service will be suspended. On the 31st of March I've made a Payment. Today 8 April 2026 my Wife informed me that there is no WiFi. At 11:16 I received a WhatsApp informing me that my service has been suspended. And that after my Account has been settled.

And when You contact their Help centre via WhatsApp. All they say is "all our agents are currently busy"
