Unsatisfied paying customer

I'm going to regret signing up with Herotel.We've been without internet from around 7 in the morning and the was no communication.Ive logged 2 calls without success.They just inform us around 10 that there's an outrage. What kind of service provider that doesn't take their paying customers seriously.Its boring having to deal with such.WhatsApp line is such a disgrace all their consultants are busy doing exactly what.This is a **** kind of service. If you get a chance please run far far away from them.They are useless, ******** non caring service provider 🤬😡
