Unreliable Herotel fiber connection in Tshwane

The network is very unstable and most times, we are getting download speeds of under 10Mbps even though we are paying for a 100Mbps fibre link. Often times, when talking to technicians, things suddenly work fine. But shortly thereafter, the problem continues and doesn't get solved. I struggle to join Microsoft Team's meetings - resorting to use my mobile data connection most of the time if I want an interruption-free connection for real-time connectivity and telephony. So far, the Herotel (https://tshwane-fibre.herotel.com/) connection is suitable only for streaming video using apps like YouTube, Netflix which buffer. This has been like this for years - just that sometimes I work from the office so I don't have to deal with this - and we are now seriously thinking of switching to another provider so that we get a better, more reliable connection and better value for our money.
