Unprofessional and ***********

I would never recommend this company even if it was the only one in the world they don't respect people's time and they unprofessional, i lived in Potchefstroom and it took them a month to come install the wifi in my house mind you my house was literally next to their office in Die-Bult Potchefstroom i recently moved to Mahikeng and i told them that i will still be using their services to my surprise I'm going through the same thing again even worse it's been a MONTH and 2 WEEKS going on a 3rd week waiting for them to come install the wifi every time i call their call center I'm told that the matter is been escalated. Yesterday Tuesday 4th 2023 they called after i commented on their Facebook post they said they coming today guess what? No one came and no one called and no one bothered to call me to alert me of what's going on, that time i booked a day off at work so i can be here when they come to do the installation. If my money was no good to them they should've just told me from Potchefstroom to get another company but they just kept making empty promises and coming with loadshedding excuses i would've got another company to come do installation. They're Absolutely ridiculous and not worth it.
