UNNACEPTABLE LEVEL OF POOR SERVICE

Do not use this supplier if you are in the east london area, their service is sub-par.

I have logged 5 tickets today alone and not a single person has phoned me.

Our line is 100% being throttled.

ZERO accountability, ZERO service levels but they are happy to collect our monthly fee!!!

They will help you, it will get better for half a day and then it simple falls through again.

I am paying for a 200mbps line and I do not get HALF off that, and I have had fiber from the top suppliers from all over South Africa from Cape Town to Johannesburg, and yes I tested with all other devices switched off and a single computer connected directly to the router.

Unacceptable, I am considering legal action at this stage!
