No internet for almost 48 hours. Called on Monday night, 4 times on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. 1. It takes ages to get the call centre 2. I have been given 3 different reasons for the internet being down 3. No technician sent out 4. the latest call the agent just disappeared 5. Two agents promised to call back and never did SUCH disapppointing lack of service
