Unhappy Customer

Herotel is utterly useless and unprofessional and just steeling peoples money, this is the worst f....... Network provider there is, there service is extremely poor and up to ****🤬 And then they have the tendency of demanding for the month payment that you didn't even get the service for. This herotel needs to pay back our money or needs to be shutdown very quickly. Even you can try and report and complain about the network problems they have no urgency to fix there *** service, phones are never working or at least no one never answers and the whatsapp service is up to ****. I will demand from them to pay back my money.
