Unhappy 😭

I am writing this with great disappointment and dissatisfaction. I am with Herotel for many years, but the last couple of months were not good, we don't have 🛜 and when report they only say you used you full capacity, or that they will look into it. They don't find the problem or suggest a solution. This is terrible 😭 Don't use them.
