Unacceptable

I have been waiting since last week Thursday for Herotel to sort out our business internet. I have been called all that is a Herotel number with no luck. My shop manager went to the store in Louis trichardt and go a reference number and when followed up they said they to busy to assist. This is unacceptable. Herotell Louis trichardt is unreliable and extremely slow on response to sorting out a technical issue. I use Herotel at all our businesses and house holds but if this is how the service is going to be I will be moving everything. There is no hesitation on debiting our acc when it comes time to pay but what a mission it is to get them to come check what is wrong.
