Unable to provide a professional service and fulfill their promises.

Herotel are very unprofessional. When you sign up with them they do not know how their own systems work and when you ask when they can activate their connection that is already installed they say, " I don't know. Maybe 2 weeks" There system is already installed and just needs to be activated but this seems to be too mush for their salesperson to comprehend. Once you have signed up then they stop providing service.
