Weeks of Downtime, Zero Support

Internet drops out every few days for hours at a time. The provided router needs a daily restart just to function, and they won't let us use our own. Trying to reach support is a joke — 30+ minute hold times on the phone, and WhatsApp agents that never arrive. I've literally waited overnight in queue without response.

Paying for a service that barely works and can't be supported isn't acceptable. Sort it out, Herotel.
