By far the most pathetic service I have received. I was provided with an easy pay number to pay for my account. I go to a Usave which is a 3min walk from my house and only to be met with it cannot be processed. I call the head office in Tshwane and the issue is not resolved. They tell me I have to do a bank transfer(deposit) or go to pep. I have to commute to the banks(which is money and time for me) just to load a R99 voucher. The excuses they give are pathetic to say that their easy pay number doesn't work with Usave(Shoprite group).

What was supposed to be a convenience has turned out to be a great inconvenience.
