Herotel’s customer service is the worst service ever. I don’t understand if they don’t have urgency even when assisting clients I sent an email and waited for 3hours then went to their WhatsApp channel and still didn’t get any assistance. I called their offices hoping that I will get assistance or be directed to the right department but I was told to wait for the response from the email even though I kept telling the agent(Peter) that I had been waiting for hours he showed no empathy for client.. Either they hire more staff or have SLA and time waiting ticket system in place. Bear in mind that they reconnected my service a day before!!
