Tshwane Herotel (Bronberg) Not recommended

So I thought fibre was going to be great and stable but with Tshwane Herotel (Bronberg) it does not appear to be the case. 3 complete outages in a month and two of them the users were put on a backup line where the connection was hardly usable. It appears that they either do not know what they are doing or they are taking shortcuts with substandard equipment. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend them at this stage.
