Trash services!

Terrible service all around, it's been a week now and my connection has been off. Tried the WhatsApp line and call center and they are sending me from pillar to post and even 2 WhatsApp consultants (Micheal and Siphesihle) left me hanging. My internet went off an hour after I had topped up my account and I have recieved no help and funny thing is my neighbours also use herotel but theirs is working
