They don't care about their customers since Sunday the 8th of June 2025

They don't care about their customers since Sunday the 8th of June 2025. I got no internet access, but I paid them monthly. I tried many times charting, calling them, but nothing and the developing company for sewer system called because they touched the cable, but still nothing happened so please help me
