The worst service under the sun!!!

They actually deserve 0 stars but it isn't there. Since last week been trying to get my like to be reconnected which wasn't supposed to be switched off in the first place as I have paid. I am actually typing this review with tears on my face as I am starting to give up at ever getting any help. The agent/person that helped when I initially connected,he just reads my WhatsApp messages and then blue ticks me. Their WhatsApp number with that automatic message responses before speaking to an agent is always having technical difficulties,as for their land line,the accounts department always doesn't have any agent. Not to mention that I have emailed countless times, I have several reference numbers for the same query. I am so saddened by this honestly and I regret ever signing up with Herotel. I work very fory money to just see myself be ****med it like this.
