The worst!

Very disappointed! Been a customer for a little over a year and never had issues until now. When signing up, they ask for your salary date of which mine is the 6th, and I've made payments on time since my 1st month signed up, however, this December, payment must be made BEFORE the 1st of December? How does one pay before they even get paid ? A salary date does not change because a service provider decides to change their payment date. Why ask about a salary date if it does not even factor into the payment at all. I've called and used whatsapp to speak with an agent who also does not assist much other than telling me it either gets paid before the 1st, or I get disconnected. Not fair at all on customers! Apart from a good connection, in terms of having issues and queries resolved, they are the worst! I would not recommend them to anyone!
