The worst customer service care EVER!

Terrible, terrible service and customer service as well.

I pay for 10mbps download speed and I only get 1.7mbps, useless. When I call the call center for assistance, nothing gets resolved and only ticket issued with no resolution. Not even a follow up. Nothing. No customer service.

When I call them, 99% of the calls get cut out but no one even bothers to call back. Extremely bad and disappointing let alone frustrating customer care from their side. I'm wasting my money every month on this subscription!!!!!!
