The internet has been off since 07 December … I called them for maintenance and they never came

The internet has been off since 07 December … I called them for maintenance and they never came. Today it is 06 January am still waiting for their maintenance team , they keep on giving me dates on when they will come but they don’t. I am even thinking of switching to another router Cause I work at home using router and also my Tv uses this router since 07 December I can’t work I have to buy data every time and it costly. I so wish I listened to my friends when they warned me about it .
