THE ABSOLUTE WORST ISP

By far the worst ISP I have ever worked with. Service used to be good up until a few months ago, then we started having issues every second day. Trying to reach support is HORRIBLE, imagine spending the rest of your career on the phone speaking to people who probably should not be a technician, once in a blue moon you get through to someone who knows what they are doing, but that is once in a blue moon, and those people also only seem to start work in the afternoon, so I spend the morning trying to get through to someone who can assist me / give me an update on my ticket / speak to the second line techs, 99% chance the line will drop and I need to start over. Very much mirrors the internet stability we are getting from them. I really have had enough of this.
