Terrible WiFi connection

If I had the opportunity to change fibre I could. I have been complaining about your disgusting service.. it’s horrific one can’t even watch a movie with your connection. You simply know when one needs to pay but don’t see it fit to fix your connection issues.. your WiFi is constantly buffering throughout the day. Your call centre is always experiencing high volumes of calls and you just never fix the problem.. can someone please fix this honestly
