Terrible service from Herotel, their product doesn't work

I've signed up for Herotel WiFi, the past 3 weeks I've spent R1000 on phone calls to the technical desk, my WiFi is not connecting to my TV, and phone, 2 technical people came out spent 5 hours and billed me R1500 2 days ago, my WiFi is still not working
