Terrible service from Herotel

The services from Herotel are terrible. Most of the times their system is down. Like now I haven’t been have network for two full weeks. If you call them it takes a minimum of 30 minutes whilst waiting for an agent. If anyone is thinking of having fibre or network at home please consider other service providers. Herotel has a WhatsApp service which when you send a query, you wait for a very long time before agents respond. Surprisingly when an agent come through , they only mention their name and ask how they can help. When you put through the request, they do not answer further. After a while , you will receive a message to rate the service. This so poor , frustrating and unprofessional. It is like you have to beg them to assist you whilst I am paying for the services.
