TERRIBLE SERVICE!

No service at all but they debit your account every month. A bunch of idiots just take people's money and half the time there is no network. They have people call you who don't know what to do themselves. We homeschool and I work from home which could not be done today. They were gonna send a technician out and 8 hours later we are still working on the Telkom data. My question to them was are you re-imbursing me for the data I had to buy because you don't have customer service or anyone who knows what they are doing? My husband had to troubleshoot himself and figure out what was wrong. When will they come out to fix the problem? LORD knows.
