Terrible service

Worst Internet company ever. Did installation only to tell me an incorrect fibre line colour was allocated, this was on a Friday late afternoon after they were there late morning. Come Monday, the technician (only tech) is out for the day and don't know when he'll be back to finish installation. How can you only have 1 technician for an area??? No back up plan.
