Terrible Customer Service

The worst customer service of all internet providers. Call centre never answers your calls and when they do they are never able to assist. When you need a technician to come out, you have to wait more than a week for any assistance, which is really unacceptable when you work from home, they can never assist you in a timely manner. The turn-over of technicians is alarming there is always someone new coming to fix the same issue, so the issue is never properly resolved.
