Terrible customer experience, employees do not care about clients

My customer number TSSIP276. I have made payment for the prepaid starter pack, call centre called me last week friday to advise they will come and install, no one came and most of all no one communicated with me. I sent an email Monday to inform them no one came for the installation and call centre called to make arrangements for the installation on Monday. no one came again. Most terrible service I have experienced, busy sending the call centre emails, no one responds.
