Terrible customer and technical service

Always having issues with customer service, they tell u they logging a call and someone will call u in 5 minutes. Three hours later u call back to hear the same story. I am so fed up of paying R900 for a 6 Meg line and endless problems. If u off on a Friday u will most likely be off the entire weekend. So so tired of this I might as well cancel and use portable wifi instead
