Terrible communication during service interruptions

Communication from their side is terrible. As paying customer – loyal for a number of years I might add – I expect to be kept updated about the fix for a broken line. It has been nearly 48 that we sat without internet service and I only received 3 updates, each time 2+ hours after they said they would update us.

Really horrid service.
