Super service

I changed from Rain to Herotel as internet provider. apparently the change started with few teething problems but was quickly sorted by Herotel. Then Herotel changed their packages where I first had a 10Mbps package for Rx amount, Herotel changed their package to 50Mbps for the same monthly installment and the current 10Mbps packages was automatically upgraded to the 50Mbps package. I then again experienced problems where my package was not upgraded as promised. Again Herotel responded and fix it without delay.
