Such a bad business

I am utterly disappointed with HeroTel. There has been a complete lack of communication during the outage — no explanation of the cause, no updates, and no estimated time for resolution. Their helpline is completely unresponsive, and no one seems willing to assist. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are left in the dark. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. HeroTel seriously needs to improve its customer support and transparency.
