STAY AWAY, None existant constumer support

We have been trying to get a static Ip from Herotel starting on the 21st of may, We have had 8 different agents all saying something else, one even said that they are investigating why our request is blocked, each time waiting out the timer on whatsapp or just dropping the call. No emails confirming anything have been received either. We have been with this company for 8-9 years, but it seems thing have gone to Sh*t, Please STAY AWAY.
