Stay away from Herotel

They demanded money before the due date threatening to switch off my service by 16-01-24, made a payment on 15-01-24 but still cut me off, now i have spoken to 5 of their people who cant help me get back online. The people from accounts send me to Tech support and tech support sends me to accounts. I spoke to Sindisile, Qaps, Andiswa, Elizma and Doreen. All couldn’t help or even tell me why im offline
