Sorry Excuse for a ISP

Quite the Pathetic company, my Wireless install was working perfect for the first few months have not really use it for much. then when i tried to do basic things like streaming and even gaming that kept failing after numerous support tickets regarding this problem of mine and they kept ignoring it decided to cancel...

2 months past they decide to send me a letter of demand to pay them the early cancelation fee etc. not one was i contacted regarding my problems and how they would fix it rather you must pay like an idiot for a service you not even got had to lick ass a few times just to get response that's not how it works...

will not recommend them to anyone whatsoever have been with allot of isp but this is the first one that just take your money and don't deliver on anything there's 0 feedback as well as support and when you do manage to get a response with they will call you nothing happens 3 months now waiting for that alleged support call they promised to diagnose the problem.

one of the basic features is service and support none exist here. can't demand to be paid if you can't even deliver what I'm paying for
