SLOWEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Horrible experience - signed up for Fiber, firstly they did not stock the router capable of the speeds, secondly they did not share any information about the router being pre-configured, when I did not receive my speed I am paying for being 200mbps and instead receiving 9mbps on a desktop, it led to a reset on my end, only to be THEN advised that they pre-configure - which means I cannot attend to my own system - causing me to wait for the technicians, where their only reply to my query is "we're very busy and cannot tell you when this would be attended to same has been given to the technician" bottom line WORSE THAN TELKOM - that's saying much.
