SLOW WiFi; no feedback and now nobody is answering our calls!….

Our internet speed sitting at +/-160kbps when we pay for 8mb line. When phoning the agent had my husband practically destroy our WiFi by unplugging; changing passwords; resetting etc… when I phoned for assistance got promised feedback within an hour… still waiting and cannot get hold of support after sitting at least 10 mins on hold waiting for a call agent to respond. Never ever had good assistance from these people even though they will happily charge consumers for downtime. Lovely - no response Kuhle - thanks for coming back to me!
