Slow internet, even slower service ...

I have been trying since last week to get feedback about our internet line at work. We work in the Dawn/Wilsonia area and our internet has been painfully slow with skeleton staff at work. The two different occasions I have been told someone will get back to me, but nobody phones me back. I can understand that loadshedding could be messing with their equipment, but basic communication with clients is so important and when you get promised feedback and get none, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
